This study is aimed at investigating the factors of the job burnout through collecting the MBI questionnaires and doing interviews from 155 high school politics teachers in a.The analysis is done by IBM-SPSS software in 153 valid questionnaires.The results showed that the general level of job burnout in a high school politics teachers was serious.From the demographic variables,seniority had a significant effect on the overall level of job burnout and the sub-dimensions of its three dimensions while marriage,qualifications and the location of school didn't.It is found that many factors may lead high school political teachers to job burnout.Firstly,different characteristics is an essentia aspect.Secondly,those teachers' status(income,professional reputation,social rights and interests)is relatively low.Thirdly,school's rigid management,disharmonious working environment,incomprehensible evaluation mechanism,and less attentions are potential risk for the teachers' job burnout.Forthly,politics teachers in high schools bear high pressure and hours work.Fifthly,multi-roles in various teaching process bring inner conflicts and mental tiredness.Last but not least,politics covers wide landscape for knowledge that is comprehensive,practical,intellectual,ideological and updated.And it requires tremendous reading.In short,the factors mentioned above play a crucial role in job burnout of the politics teachers in high schools.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the job burnout of politic teachers in senior high schools and provide relevant suggestions on the individual,society,organization,occupation and subject characteristics.Individually,the politics teachers are supposed to improve the self-exploration abilities and professional abilities,and enhance physical fitness to adjust the effective self-regulations.Socially,lifting the social status of politics teachers,and completing the social support system.Organizationally,setting up a "teacher-oriented" school management system,completing the evaluation system of politics teachers in highly schools,and creating a good campus environment.Occupationally,reducing the load of high school politics teachers,driving the teaching reform,and enhancing sufficiency.Teachers shall strengthen the awareness of the conflicts and the solutions of their multi-roles.
