Higher vocational colleges,as a professional vocational school,have a clear goal of personnel training,that is,to provide technical and practical talents for the social development and economic construction.With the development of the educational reform of our country to promote the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges is to adapt to the real social production,can be engaged in the work of the first line of practical talents,teaching core is student-centered,to all students,to cultivate students' all-round development and management ability and service ability.The rise of MOOC class,teaching reform for higher vocational colleges has pointed out a spacious road,under the impact of MOOC,the Higher Vocational College Teachers' teaching ability has been further developed and improved.Higher vocational colleges,as the base of cultivating the talents of social economy and culture,have the key to the development of teachers with solid theoretical knowledge and practical demonstration.The teacher can cultivate demonstration,to meet the needs of economic development and can contribute to the social construction of both high skilled and applied talents with solid theoretical knowledge and good practice base.In order to enhance the development of the status quo and development path of teachers' teaching ability of teachers in the MOOC class under the impact of better research teaching ability,cognitive ability,teaching ability of teachers from the organization of MOOC class teaching,understanding and attitude to the MOOC class teachers,combining the teaching practice on the internal mechanism of MOOC,the MOOC class teachers to enhance the teaching ability and through the questionnaire and interview about the teaching resource,teachers teaching for reconstruction and curriculum design ability,training and online fusion ability of teaching practice and based on the teachers' teaching research ability of teaching feedback,combined with individual teachers,inquiry teaching ability of Teachers MOOC on gender differences,and differences between different age,the teaching of teachers teaching ability,and professional title and degree in different dimensions of the differences,teachers' teaching ability in Higher Vocational Colleges Development status.The conclusions are as follows: 1.according to the survey results,the MOOC class A school teachers' teaching ability in teaching cognitive ability highest teaching practice ability,followed by teaching design ability,teaching research ability,teaching ability.2.MOOC class teaching to open,equality,freedom,sharing of the Internet platform,the teaching method is to reconstruct the difference from the traditional teaching methods and the integration of its advantages,combined with the A school education and teaching practice shows that the method of innovative teaching for middle transition for the MOOC class online courseware class admire online course type method for teaching in higher vocational colleges is the most characteristic and very fruitful.3.A school teachers' teaching ability in addition to the need for teachers to teach themselves in the course of teaching,but also the need for a full range of national education department and external motivation.
