Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,has the dual attributes of higher education and occupation education.Higher vocational education is an effective way to complete the training of technical talents.However the higher vocational education in our country is facing many problems,which are beyond the reach of the traditional education.The State Council of the People's Republic of China promulgated the "national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)",the plan particularly state on that China will form a system of modern vocational education as a strategic goal,which in one hand requires us to adapt to the rapid development of internet and multimedia technology of modern information technology,positive change and innovation of teaching mode and content of education,in the other,requires the research on Application of MOOC in higher vocational education in order to construct the system of modern occupation education as soon as possible.This paper firstly analyzes the concept,connotation,characteristics and advantages of MOOC,summarizing the theoretical basis of the research of the application of MOOC induction in higher vocational colleges.Secondly,the paper analyzes the influence of MOOC era of higher vocational education through the specific situation from MOOC applications,challenges,application prospects and other aspects,putting forward that MOOC is the inevitable choice of the higher vocational education.Thirdly,the paper combines with the domestic and foreign related research,taking Wuhan Polytechnic as an example,elaborate the questionnaire teaching situation of MOOC,reference and experience for the Wuhan Polytechnic research topic,and the related investigation and analysis of domestic and international model,considering the teaching mode of MOOC related research aspects,from the understanding of the MOOC accept degree,of course MOOC attention,learning the effects of factors,MOOC courses participation,MOOC production problems,advantages and disadvantages,MOOC platform use,MOOC evaluation research and so on.Through the analysis of the survey data,analyzing problems and causes from the present situation of the MOOC teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,and optimizing the MOOC teaching mode from the aspects of the introduction of MOOC path,resource platform,teaching system and evaluation system,realizing the innovation in Higher Vocational Education in the age of MOOC.It will provide reference for the study of the teaching mode of MOOC in the future.Finally,through the research and analysis,the conclusions are below: Fristly,MOOC has the characteristics of mass audience,open courses,online learning,can improve the success rate of the employment of college graduates,to meet the people to master the required knowledge and skills for the purpose of education needs to cultivate high-quality skilled talents for the purpose of social.Secondly,the research and implementation of MOOC teaching mode in vocational colleges have also made some achievements.But in the future application and implementation of MOOC,we must focus on solving some problems,the use of low applicability,platform course learning rate,high exit rate,the sharing of resources,lack of teaching effect and evaluation etc..in order to ensure the effective implementation of MOOC teaching mode.Thirdly,vocational colleges,only the introduction of MOOC path,resource platform,teaching system and evaluation system optimization,and constantly improve the teaching system of MOOC,can really contribute to the formation of vocational colleges teaching innovation and core competence.
