Interpersonal Study On The Social Work Of Single-parent Children In The Interpersonal Dilemma

With the development of national economy, national concept has been changed.People yearning for freedom and individuality make traditional marriage gradually collapse, attendant of the divorce rate is improved. In addition, domestic violence,accident has also led to more and more families into a single type of family life.And the role of the head from a broken family relationships, family is not integrity, single-parent children in life, learning and interpersonal aspects appear more and more problems, such as to cause the psychological science, social science and the education community, and many other scholars' attention.In this paper, it focuses on the research of the single-parent children's interpersonal communication difficulties, from the perspective of social work, by using literature research, questionnaire survey method, interview method and participatory observation and other research methods, it found that single-parent children are not willing to communicate with people and they are not good at controlling their emotions,they don't know use skills such as interpersonal aspects based on the ecosystem theory and communication theory analysis.The author make "M agencies in the F community" as the backing, from the micro perspective, by utilizing the method of case work, group work of social work to make an intervention on F community's single-parent children's interpersonal so as to enhance their interpersonal confidence and increases the chances of' interpersonal communication. It found that social work intervene on single-parent children's interpersonal difficulties existing a great significance by evaluating and it has obtained certain achievements. It also has certain improvement about single-parent children in interpersonal difficulties.At the same time ,it helps them cultivate a positive and optimistic state of mind,so that they are no longer afraid of interpersonal communication and can actively try to associate with others to express the heart.Finally, The author summarizes the professional significance of the social work's intervention on single-parent children interpersonal difficulties, but there are also some drawbacks of the study. Workers are lack of practical experience, resources integration and connection degree is not enough, and lack of later progress and so on.All of this need to be improved. And the author also puts forward Suggestions to improve the single-parent children's interpersonal difficulties based on the positive and shortcomings of social work intervention on single-parent children interpersonal difficulties.Namely on the one hand is to help single-parent families to enhance consciousness of family education and build sweet family atmosphere; On the other hand.it needs to strengthen school management and enhance the awareness of single-parent children's interpersonal communication;Finally, building social support network actively to create a good and harmonious interpersonal communication platform for single-parent children is necessary too.
