In today's society and change request to multicultural education to cultivate teenagers,as a result,parent-school cooperative to the attention of more and more educators and parents.In our school,parent-school cooperative activities carried out earlier,but development is slow,contradiction and confrontation in the family,school,or even often conflict.Both our education workers and students' parents,parent-school cooperative has different degree of expectation,more fudged.The parents how to help the school?How can schools help parents?The two problems has always been two of the most concerned problems of the family and school.Therefore,existing parent-school cooperative experience finishing school,found the problems in the parent-school cooperative,parent-school cooperative development new way and method become an urgent topic of school moral education work.This study is based on the overall grasp of the status quo of S junior high school home school cooperation,in the practice of home school cooperation in a more in-depth and specific action research.First,the introduction part expounds the background and significance of the research from the aspect of theory,and then introduces the relevant experience of the major developed countries and China's Hong Kong and mainland home school cooperation and the theory,and to determine the research objectives,contents and methods.In the second chapter,the author summarizes and analyzes the status quo and S home school cooperation main activities and results,the chapter will be the home school cooperation activities are divided into basic activities(1)basic activity(2)parent participation(3)parents to participate in the three types of education school parents,the parents to participate in the analysis of home school cooperation as the key points good parents for(1)Good parents(2)exchanges(3)volunteer service(4)study at home(5)participation in decision making(6)the community participation in decision making six types,which will be the overall status of the home school cooperation presented S junior middle school.The third chapter is mainly about the cooperation between home and school differences,both role identification form and effect degree,ability of cooperation and cooperation between home and school puts forward the problems and shortcomings,the fourth chapter analyzes the problems behind the subjective and objective reasons,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures and strategies,thus,home school cooperation channels should be broadened,way we need another way of home school cooperation.
