On The Evaluation System Of College Graduates Employment Quality

Employment is a very important problem in modern social life. Employment is the basis of national economic development, is the foundation of national stability, and also provides the basic conditions of survival and development for individual who is under the condition of market economy. In the later stage of The Popularization of Higher Education, the core work of the development of higher education in china is to improve the quality of higher education. In order to completely improve the quality of higher education in China,"national long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)" proposed the evaluation of teaching quality and talent evaluation system to conduct a comprehensive reform. The quality of college graduates’employment are paid increasing attention by country, society and schools. It also becomes an important undicator of the level of college. So, to improve the level of employment, enhance the quality of employment have increasingly become the focus of work in college.At present, the Ministry of education, regards the "one-time employment rate "as the core index of evalnating the work of gradvates’employment in colleges. In fact, this index does promote the reform and development of College Students’employment, but one-time employment rate" can only reflect quantiry of employment in a certain stage, can’t make a scientific evaluation on the quality of the overall employment. Therefore, It’s necessary to analyse carefully the various factors of college students employment quality study and improve the quality evaluation system, improve the accuracy and rationality of evaluation of the quality of graduates employment.Therefore, the author, through the literature on college graduates employment quality evaluation system and reaserching the current situation of college graduates employment quality evaluation system at home and abroad combined with the characteristics of the current college graduates and the actual conditions of operation, chose the content of college graduates employment quality evaluation. Secondly, using the Delphi method, consult the experts, to modify the contents of evaluation. And comfirmed it.Finally, the according to the comtent of university graduates’employment quality evaluation content design evaluation standard and quantitative standard was designed. This paper is divided into two parts:the first part is the introduction, in which four aspects was clarified dearly,including sorting problem reason and research significance, the research status at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, writing frame and the innovation; the second part of this text will be discussed in these aspects, the summary of college graduates employment, quality evaluation system, problems of college graduates employment quality evaluation system in china,countermeasures to inprove college graduates employment quality evaluation system.
