Reconstruction Of Social Capital In The Construction Of New Communities

At present, our country is in the transition period, from the traditional acquaintances society to strangers society transformation, the social capital based on the social trust has been affected and changed. As far as the present situation is concerned, there are so many social problems in china, human indifference, crisis of confidence and “Swindling phenomenon" often around us. That is to say,China's social capital, which is constructed by the traditional "acquaintance society", does not find a suitable development mode and path in social transformation. The family love and cooperation between the neighbour are become more and more weak. Residents are not contact with others and they always think more about themselves in the community. These phenomenons shows that the fracture of social capital but the universal trust is not well established. Particularly, in the new community along with the urbanization, residents unfamiliar with each other and they have no sense of identity and belongs in the community. So, it is difficult to establish the trust relationships between each resident, and lead to the social capital can not play a good role in the community.This article adopts the method combination of the theory and practice. Through the field observation and depth interview in the N community, based on the analysis of the every cases and with the clue of time to explore the reasons for lack of the social capitals through the different stages of community development. Then we can find out the solution to the problems and solve it. In a short, we want to reach the development of the social capital in N community from the longitudinal comparison,and explore how to rebuild the trust relationships between the residents. Then to strengthen the construction of social capital and to promote community construction by building trust relationships. And further to provide theoretical and practical reference for the future development of community social capital and the construction of new community.
