Traditional ideological and political education by the subjective philosophy of the impact of the educator as the only subject,often with the "material" approach to the educated,ignoring its ownership and initiative,resulting in a certain degree of "human empty" teaching process.We urgently need to give educated people humane care,the construction of the ideological and political education,so there has been inter-subjective ideological and political education.Because the inter-subjective ideological and political education research is not very deep,so the general definition emphasizes too much on the equality between teacher and student,not in line with the nature of ideological and political education in China,and can not guarantee that educators guiding role of thought.In fact,the modern inter-subjectivity theory of the West in the introduction of ideological and political education practice,its meaning has changed,began to advocate a differentiated equality.Simply speaking,equality does not mean that there is no difference between teachers and students,the equality of the two is only personality,spiritual and discourse opportunities equal.The advantage of inter-subjective ideological and political education is manifested in:on the one hand,it is necessary to promote the equal dialogue between teachers and students and abandon the discourse hegemony of the educators,so that the compulsory purpose of ideological and political education is hidden in the open and shared exchange activities,which is helpful to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education;on the other hand,the educators from the granters into the discussion,through the dialogue activities consciously inspire the educated to the mainstream values into their own ideas and beliefs,and thus not mandatory to play the leading role of thought.Intersubjective ideological and political education,although breaking through the past one-way closed teaching methods,but also faced with the difficulties in mutual understanding,because of the gap between teacher and student 's identity and experience.Therefore,ideological and political education needs to be in a suitable environment to achieve intersubjectivity.Microblogging,WeChat and other micro-media to replace the traditional media authority,opened a new era of information dissemination-micro-era.Everyone in the micro-era has the right to speak,the living life in reality as the main body rather than the object of the initiative,creativity is fully activated.Micro-media as a vision,hearing and others to extend the senses of human interaction tools,so that people's mode of communication from one direction to multi-direction,not only conducive to the relationship between the inter-subjectivity of human relations,but also makes this inter-subjectivity with the new features of flattening,symbolizing and spanning time and space.The structure of ideological and political education in inter-subjectivity should be divided into three parts:the inter-subjectivity of the relationship between the subjects of the micro-era ideological and political education;the intertextuality of the different texts between the ideological and political education;the inter-subjectivity between subject and micro-environment of ideological and political education.Correspondingly the influence of micro-era on ideological and political education is also reflected in these three aspects.In order to realize intersubjectivity ideological and political education,we must start from the discourse mechanism,technical mechanism,practice mechanism and assessment mechanism to achieve the shift.
