| With the policy that preschool education development become the basic goal of national long-term education reform putting forward,the quality and quantity of preschool teachers have greatly improved.The preschool teachers’ teaching level has also made remarkable progress.But in the process of preschool education,preschool teachers’ emotion management ability directlyinfluences thedevelopment of children’s emotional intelligenceand theperception of the world around them and their development of emotional intelligence.And preschool teachers’ emotion management ability will also affect the individual teacher’s professional development.Therefore,preschool teachers’ emotion management ability is one of the important ways to improve the quality of preschool education and stabilize early education team.Thus it can be seen that analyzing the status quo of the preschool teachers’ emotional management,researching problems of preschool teachers’ emotional management and exploring the countermeasures of preschool teachers’ emotion management are important and necessary.This research adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods to investigate preschool teachers’ emotional management in M district of S city,for discovering the existing problems,analyzing the reasons of the problems,and exploring the effective strategies to improve teachers’ emotion management on basis of incentive theory.This article has four parts.The first part is the introduction.The writer has a literature review of the emotion management,analyzes the research achievements of predecessors to analyze the internal connection between the preschool teachers emotional management problems and incentive theory,and determines the theoretical framework of this study;In the second part,writer investigates and studies the preschool teachers’ emotional management present situation in the M district of S city,and finds that performance differences of preschool teachers’ emotion management four dimensions,emotional adjustment,awareness,expression and application,have connection with the preschool teachers’ wages,age structure,teaching age,professional background,in-service further education and other related factors.In the third part,the cause of preschool teachers’ emotional management problems are analyzed that salary level and not smooth communication with family affect emotional adjustment,diverse activities stimulate emotional awareness,teaching grades affect emotional expression,qualifications and professional background affect emotionalapplication.In the fourth part,on basis of the theory of incentives,from six aspects of emotional attribution way,respecting the emotional expression,transferring the bad emotions,strengthening emotional application,using the adjustment,optimization of emotional adjustment and strengthening the emotional interaction,the preschool teachers’ emotional management strategies are put forward. |
