With the continuous development and improvement of the education system,the number of students receiving higher education is increasing year by year,especially in postgraduate education,the number of students increased significantly.Relevant data show: as China's Research Report by 2015 the number has reached 1 million 770 thousand,the number of graduate students grew more than 10%.in the context of a surge in the number of postgraduate training institutions the class size,postgraduate training have expanded.Set sail for postgraduate training institutions is one of China's earliest postgraduate training institutions,students focus on the development of very postgraduate training work,combined with the status of the students formed a complete postgraduate training system.In the early stage of postgraduate training process to sail kindergarten education,the students through video lectures,learning,carry out independent management class management effectiveness is not significant.With the deepening of the class management needs,set sail for graduate entrance exam training institutions begin to reflect on the class management mode,construction of small class education system based on class education,in accordance with the requirements set small class education class management content,by the teacher,training teachers and students to the end Class management construction,its management has been significantly improved.This paper will combine the theory with practice,literature through literature analysis,theory of class management postgraduate training institutions are analyzed and determined based on current research framework;sailing class management graduate entrance exam training institutions were analyzed through questionnaire and interview communication,with a typical case to dig the matters needing attention in class management postgraduate training institutions in the course of research.Guangzhou set sail 7 Postgraduate traininginstitutions postgraduate training class as an example,carries on the investigation to 36 teachers and 326 students,compared the results of the investigation and literature.In the research process found in the process of postgraduate training in class management institutions set sail The following problems: first,lack of democratic management system,management work mainly by the teacher,the participation rate is low;second,management responsibilities are not clear,management content without meticulous division,students do not understand their own management responsibility;third,management mode is too single,mainly through the management system of behavior constraints,lack of self occupied.Democracy;fourth,management loopholes,in accordance with the development of class management achievements,the lack of a complete evaluation index.The causes of the problems are: postgraduate training institutions lack of long-term management mechanism,in the management of the rigid index of students,discourage the students' subjective initiative;teachers' low quality of management,the lack of correct understanding of class management and related class management experience,class management is not in place;the lack of class management culture environment,campus environment so,in the process of management did not pay attention to atmosphere construction,affecting the participation of students.For the above reasons put forward the following strategies: fully consider the particularity of the class management and postgraduate training institutions,combined with the times demand set class management;management from human nature,of efficient management principles,to regulate the management work;in accordance with the management content of class management system,class management organization the class management mode,to construct the information interactive system,the formation of scientific management system;the quality of personnel management improvement,improve knowledge training,ability training and experience transmission;implementation of quantitative evaluation,combining qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation,on the basis of the optimization of class management.
