| National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programs 2010-2020 pointed that colleges and universities should set up the scientific performance evaluation and excitation mechanism,the evaluation mechanism of teaching staff in colleges and universities has been improved,but there are still many problems left among the equal-scaled executive staff.From performance appraisal in,this paper first expounds the performance,performance evaluation and other related theoretical basis,from two aspects of home and abroad combing the research and application of theory of performance appraisal.This text,themed as performance appraisal,makes a detailed research on the performance appraisal mechanism of W Vocational College,in the form of survey,interviewing etc.,and finds out the problems in the current performance appraisal project.Based on the achievements of performance appraisal theories at home and abroad,it updates the performance appraisal system for executive staff of W College,and is proved to work well.In the research,it enriches the testing content on the basis of Morality,Capability,Diligence,Achievement,disinterestedness,and applies "Quadra-A Teacher" standard to the analysis of evaluation index.It optimizes the hierarchical design of the existing evaluation index by means of Key Performance Indicators and 360 Degree Evaluation Method,quantifies the index weight with the help of the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,emphasis on performance feedback and the application of results,which stimulates the work enthusiasm of the executive staff,improves their work efficiency,struggles for fulfilling the efficient operation of college norms and strategic development goals.It makes a new definition of the executive staff post,with the combination of administrative staff both in teaching and in executive,to ensure the justice in the actual performance appraisal.The Analytic Hierarchical Process based performance appraisal system,has certain significance to the performance evaluation and work enthusiasm of W College executive staff,and offers the reference to performance evaluation decision of the leadership.For the system run better put forward to give security,personnel security system security measures.In addition,the optimization of the performance appraisal system in W college,which is known as a typical representative of higher vocational colleges,will make offer reference to its peer. |
