The concept of time and space is an important part of historical thinking. The high school history curriculum standards that are under revision put forward to make the five core qualities of history as a curriculum goal. As one of the new curriculum standards, the concept of time and space is divided into five levels of historical thinking. The discussion paper used general style in history instead of original thematic style in the course content, which highlights the historical time structure.Deeping the study of all kinds of major historical events, historical phenomena,historical issues, historical figures in the specific space-time framework reflects the new features of the new curriculum reform. In addition,this article cards the training methods and important means of the concept of time and space, which starts from the flour levels of quality standards, and interpreting different levels of time and space with historical contents. At last, only the research is used in practical teaching that can play it part. This paper that is combined with the design of teaching activities specific analysis the application of the concept of time and space in teaching.This paper consists of four parts: The introduction introduces the reasons of choosing this topic, the innovation of this paper, the existing research results and research methods. The first chapter discusses the meaning of historical time and space and the horizontal and vertical rules of historical space and time to understand the concept of time and space. The second chapter discusses the performance and value of time and space in the new history curriculum. The third part discusses the cultivation of the concept of time and space in the history teaching of senior high school. The fourth part reappears an interpretation of the industrial revolution in the framework of specific time and space combined with specific teaching activities design.This paper attempts to analyze and explore related issues through literature research and teaching practice to help people to further analyze the concept of time and space, recognize the importance of strengthening the concept of time and space,clear the cultivation of the concept of time and space in the history teaching of senior high school.
