In recent years, the professional teaching resource library construction project as an important step in the development of vocational education connotation, in the demonstration of higher vocational colleges radiation effects, and promote the sharing of resources to achieve significant achievements. Due to the lack of top-level design research around professional teaching resources, the development structure of professional teaching resources has been in the stage of continuous exploration,leading to the problem of low practicality of resources.Different from the previous research on the development of a professional teaching resource library is also different from most of the research on the mechanism or technology to support the operation of professional teaching resource base. This study is based on the literature on the development of professional teaching resources On the basis of the overall grasp of the situation of the construction project of professional teaching resources, focusing on the problems that affect the effectiveness of resources, from the development of resources and resources and resources, the use of literature analysis, network content analysis and other research methods,Development methods put forward the corresponding optimization recommendations.In the first part, the connotation of professional teaching resources to be explored in this study is redefined.
