| Middle school students’ community is a group of children of the collective of common interest.With the development of social economy and the nine-year compulsory education,the national investment in rural schools is more and more big,coupled with the continuous development of quality education and new curriculum reform,community has become an important position in order to improve the quality of rural children.However,the development of rural secondary school community faces three big pressure,it is parents don’t understand,the second is the school not value,three is the school resources without permission,especially with the entrance pressure increases,more and more schools in the community construction is not very cold,school leaders focus on the immediate interests of the school and the school of social benefit,ignore students’ long-term development and comprehensive development,can’t grasp the importance of quality education in school,community construction even have club activities,also just to cope with the higher education administrative department in charge of checking perfunctory,not fundamentally to give more attention and guarantee.Liling occurrence of middle school as the city’s largest a rural junior high school,in order to reduce the school drop-out rates,from 2010 began to slowly push construction of club activities.This fruit design questionnaires,methods of literature,from the teachers,students,teaching facilities,community resources four dimensions to the occurrence of the current situation of middle school community resources investigation and analysis.By analyzing the occurrence of the school community resources exist deficiencies,to find a solution strategy and implementation plan,and schools in recent years are summarized in terms of community resources integration efforts and results,to promote the occurrence of the school community activities references are provided for the continuous,healthy and stable development,and provide reference for the rural middle school club activities carried out. |
