Qingdao Education Bureau released The Reform Plan on Junior High School Students' Academic Examination and Regular Senior High Schools' Enrollment on April 24,2013.It conducts a significant reform on the mode of evaluating ideological and moral course.The previous mode,which is evaluation by grade,is now transformed to the grading system,namely,pass and fail.This points out the new direction and objective for the positioning and teaching practice of ideological and moral course in junior high school.2015 is the first year of the reform of the evaluation mode of ideological and moral course in senior high school entrance examination in Qingdao.During the reform,the education bureau,teaching and research office,and teachers of different junior high and senior high schools in Qingdao have made tremendous endeavors and yielded significant achievement.Among these schools,Qingdao 43 th Junior High School integrates its own characteristics and practical condition in positive exploration and bold innovation while complying with the reform of the evaluation mode of ideological and moral course.Thus,the pattern of teaching ideological and moral course that manifests its unique characteristics has been formed.The practical implementation of ideological and moral course in Qingdao 43 th Junior High School is taken as the foothold in this paper.The implementation and survey of ideological and moral course,and politics in some junior high schools and senior high schools in Qingdao are integrated,so as to comprehensively,systematically,thoroughly and objectively explore the reform of the evaluation mode of ideological and moral course in Qingdao.This paper is divided into four sections.In the first section,the background of the reform of the evaluation mode of ideological and moral course in junior high schools in Qingdao is explored.The second and third section are the focus of this research.The general situation of the reform of the evaluation mode of ideological and moral course in junior high schools in Qingdao is introduced from three aspects,namely,the reform course,measures and effect.An emphasis is placed on the analysis of questions that exist in the reform,as well as causes for these questions.In the fourth section,suggestion s and countermeasures of reforming and perfecting the evaluation mode of ideological and moral course in junior high schools in Qingdao are proposed.
