Since the full implementation of the two-child policy in 2016,to have the second child or not is a question for many childbearing couples that should be considered thoroughly.Having a baby refers to many factors,which include income,housing condition,children-caring,raising cost,physical condition etc.And these factors mainly lie on female.This paper targets in part of the female professional-female teachers of Heyuan district,get to know the level of female teachers' subjective well-being and the state of their career development under the two-child policy,analysis the relationship between subjective well-being and career development,to explore how the public policy to give female teachers welfare support,improve female teachers' subjective well-being and promote the career development of female teachers.Through questionnaire investigation and interview,we obtain the following conclusions:first,female teachers family satisfaction is mainly influenced by different family condition;female teachers' job satisfaction have significant difference in different types of school.Second,female teachers' career development is mainly influenced by different school type,children's age and years of working,these three factors;female teachers'career goal is influenced by reproductive factor.Third,he better female teachers' career developed,the lower level of subjective well-being they feel.Fourth,female teachers,who speed up their career development,have lower the family satisfaction,job satisfaction,and emotional experience.Fifth,female teachers have lower level of subjective well-being if they try to maintain high competitiveness and good interpersonal relationships,and perceive greater enterprise's defensive.Finally,based on the conclusions of the study,the paper tries to puts forward effective and feasible measures from the government,the school and the personal aspects to improve the subjective well-being of female teachers and promote the career development of female teachers.
