Study On The Project Management Applicated In The Human Resource Management Of Universities And Colleges

In the march to realize the dream of the great rejuvenation of China, more requirements are set for the higher education while colleges and universities shoulder more arduous responsibilities. Meanwhile, with the deepening of the higher education reform, it is imperative to carry reform on human resources management in universities and colleges such as improving laggard management concepts and methods, adjusting policies that uncoordinated with the development of colleges and universities. Such reform is of great necessity to reinvigorate China through talents.Human Resource management is a systematic program which involves multiple contents, wide range and high attention of the faculty. Its effectiveness directly related to the smooth operation of all the dairy work in the universities and colleges. Therefore, they pay more and more attention on the human resource management and actively promote related reform.Recent years, project management theories obtain new development and breakthrough on the basis of social practice innovation. The increasingly usage of project management in the daily work offers scientific theory basis and advanced methods for the standardization of human resource management in universities and colleges.This dissertation focus on the study of the project management application in the human resource management in universities and colleges, through theoretical evidence as well as empirical analysis, to discuss the feasibility and real effect that project management brings to the human resource management in universities and colleges. Especially through the in-depth analysis on the practice of the human resources management in J university as well as appraisals on related work effect, to form worthwhile experience for other universities and colleges.
