In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s national economic strength,the Engel’s coefficient also showed a downward trend.The improvement of the living standard has made people pay more and more attention to their children’s education and pay more attention to the issue of education equity.This is in contradiction with the national distribution of educational resources,especially the quality of educational resources,due to various historical and practical reasons,which has been in a state of imbalance.China’s long-term implementation of urban and rural two yuan segmentation system,resulting in urban and rural economic development level and the household registration system,there is a certain gap,which is the main reason for the gap between urban and rural compulsory education quality.Physical and health education(hereinafter referred to as PE)as a compulsory course of compulsory education,to enhance the physical health of students,cultivating students’ sports skills and teamwork,fighting spirit of sport to have a vital role,has always been the party and national attention and concerns.The rich sports curriculum resources is the basis of the school sports teaching in primary and secondary schools,the autumn of 2012 to start the implementation of the 2011 amendments to the "compulsory education" sports and health curriculum standards "(hereinafter referred to as the" curriculum standards "(2011 Edition))also highlights the importance of curriculum resources.The physical education curriculum resources are divided into five dimensions of PE class,physical education curriculum hardware resources,sports teacher resources,PE curriculum content resources and extracurricular sports resources in urban and rural areas of Hebei province S county 12 middle and primary schools study of the sports curriculum resources for empirical research,by using the method of literature,field survey method(including interviews and questionnaire)and other methods.The study found that in the sports class,extracurricular sports activity time,sports course hardware resources of sports venues and venues are not up to the standard of state S county and rural schools;and then compares the sports curriculum resources between urban and rural primary and secondary schools,teachers and students in the county and found that PE Teachers and students in rural areas than the sports facilities,etc.there is an obvious gap.Then it analyzes the factors that affect the physical education curriculum resources.Finally,combined with the factors affecting the physical education curriculum resources and the specific situation of S County,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
