As an important part of higher education, physical education in colleges and universities plays an irreplaceable role in the individual development and social development of college students.Aiming at the general decline in physical fitness of today's college students, the outstanding awareness of physical exercise and behavior of female college students is obviously weaker than that of male students. It is based on relevant research theories of sports psychology and domestic and foreign scholars in exercise commitment and exercise behavior.Research methods such as data method, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method,etc.;480 female university students were randomly selected from two universities and colleges in Shanghai(Shanghai Normal University,East China Normal University)to make exercise commitments Related research on exercise behavior. On the basis of mastering first-hand data, the factors that influence female college students' participation in physical exercise in Shanghai are summed up and summarized.Countermeasures and suggestions for female college students to participate in physical exercise are proposed through the analysis of related issues. The main conclusions of this study are:1.The female college students had significantly higher scores than the average in the levels of exercise commitment, sports fun, social constraints, participation opportunities, and participation selection dimensions;the personal input dimension score was significantly lower than the average level, and female college students invested in physical exercise. The intensity is not enough.2.There are significant grade differences between female college students in the level of exercise commitment, the dimension of sports fun,the dimension of individual involvement, and the dimension of participation opportunities;there is no grade difference between the dimension of social constraints and the dimension of participation.3.In the aspect of exercise behavior, there are three grades of significant grade difference among female college students: exercise time, exercise intensity, and exercise persistence;while there is no significant grade difference in exercise frequency index.4.There are significant differences in different exercise frequencies: exercise commitment level, sports fun dimension, individual input dimension, participation opportunity dimension, and participation selection dimension;different exercise time, there are significant differences: exercise commitment level,Dimensions of sports fun, individual input, participation opportunities, and participation in selection;different types of exercise, with significant differences: exercise commitment level, sports fun dimension, individual input dimension, social constraint dimension, and participation selection dimension;different The persistence of exercise, there are significant differences: exercise commitment level, sports fun dimension, individual investment dimension, participation opportunity dimension, participation selection dimension.5.There is a significant positive correlation between the indicators of exercise behavior of female college students and exercise commitments, sports fun,and personal investment;the exercise intensity in exercise behavior is significantly negatively related to the dimension of social constraints, while the other three indicators of exercise behavior are There is no significant correlation between the social constraints dimensions;exercise time, exercise persistence and participation in selection dimensions are significantly positively correlated, exercise time and participation in the selection dimension have no correlation, the other three indicators and participation in the selection The dimensions show a significant positive correlation.
