In the long river of history,most of the minority regions in our country's education level has lagged behind other areas,it is due to the poor geographical conditions,traffic inconvenience,slow growth,limited news resource,lack of talent,and a series of factors for this.In order to complete the national "two basics" task,the ethnic areas to develop the Nine-year compulsory education,in recent years has made some achievements,but the ethnic areas of high school education but no improvement,seriously restricting the ethnic minority areas of economic development.Although the level of productive forces determines the structure of talent cultivation and scale,but the development of high school education and the population of ethnic minority areas to improve the overall quality and closely linked to the economic prosperity,national unity and social stability is related to the whole nation.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop high school education in ethnic areas.What are the reasons for the emergence of these problems in the development process of high school education in the current ethnic areas,and what measures should be taken to solve them?The solution of these problems is directly related to whether the quality of the people in the whole ethnic region can be improved and whether the educational goals can be realized.With the exploration and thinking of these issues,The author selected Autonomous County of Zhangjiachuan of race of hui in gansu province as the research object,starting from the actual situation of local has carried on the investigation and study,find the county high school education in the developing problems and analyzed the causes of the problem,At the same time,to improve the development of the minority areas of high school education and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Article is divided into five parts,the basic structure is:The first part is introduction,mainly to the selected topic origin,research significance,theoretical basis and research status are introduced,the research method,innovation points and the basic situation of the case are expounded.The second part is mainly to develop the analysis of the significance of high school education in ethnic areas,to facilitate its development in national regions and conducive to the building of a harmonious society.The third part mainly from two aspects of people and things to find the problems in the development process of high school education in X country.Mainly including High standardized construction lag behind,High school between polarization serious,The parents of students in high school education insufficient understanding and teachers strength weak four aspects.The fourth part mainly took the form of the system are analyzed,the cause of the problems mainly include the economic factors,school consolidation,teachers,and family education concept factors four aspects.The fifth part is the investigation and study on the basis of proposed targeted countermeasures,Mainly include improving relevant government departments to the attention of the high school education,Guiding people attaches great importance to the high school education,Strengthening the construction of teachers and High school itself to seek the path of innovation and development.
