With a new round curriculum reform of basic education going deep and the implementation of three-level curriculum management system, school-based currculum development is being carried out in full swing throughout the whole country.Because of the duality nature of the minority region,different language and writing,economy type in in Xinjiang minority regions,make the school-based currculum development have importance meaning,in develop race culture,and student of loacal development.In Xinjiang minority regions of China,the developing conduct of the school-based currculum has to take into consideration the duality nature of the minority region and real existing situations of basic education in these areas,request it have a good time with the national currculum,pleace-based currculum,and based on the essential features. The developing conduct of the school-based currculum in Xinjiang minority regions,need concern the type of economy,and the special reqest of course region cultural differences,concern local development, develop the latent course resources of pleace special featuees.Grow the elitist that the place need in inhertting with the foundation of excellent culture,develop the talented person of"stay live","usefull".Currently,The developing conduct of the school-based currculum in Xinjiang minority regions have some successful,in the contents and formality have certain of race ,at mailand knowledge and region culural,but it not satisfaction in all. Because of traditional philosophy of education,old notion of currculum as well as many other factors,a number of problems are encountered in the process.This text take the type theories of the"process mode"ofJoseph Schwab and the former Soviet Union scholar as theories foundation,from the Pedagogy and Anthropology ,concern the school-based currculum in Xinjiang minority regions in the different race cultural. In this paper ,take teachers in Xinjiang minority regions as investigation objects,the questionnaire,documents and the way of visiting are used for analyzing the achievements and problems of current school-based currculum in Xinjiang minority regions,and anatomy the causes,then seek the solutions for the problems in order to provide anatomy for the current school-based currculum development. This resesrch is divided into four parts.The first part is the preface .Introduce a question asked,summary of related research,the significance,ideas and methods uses as well as innovation of this research.The second part is the content and meaning of the school-based currculum development,in Xinjiang minority regions.On the basis of analysis and synthesis of other reasearch research results,related concepts of school-based currculum development.Start at the special in the Xinjiang minority regions,elaborate meaning the school-based currculum development,in Xinjiang minority regions.The third part is about the investigation of the school-based currculum development,in Xinjiang minority regions.ues Questionnaire and interview,from develop"who","what","how"and effect etc,to investigat the school-based currculum development,in Xinjiang minority regions.analyzing the achievements,and anatomy the causes,The forth parts is the strategy of the school-based currculum development,in Xinjiang minority regions.form the question in the investigation,aim at a national minority regions student in Xinjiang, then seek the solutions for the probiems in order to provide anatomy in Xinjiang minority regions.
