Thanks to the rapid development of information technology,"micro culture"quietly born,and micro lesson began to take root in the soil of education,just a few years will quickly occupy a place in the field of education.In today's information technology promote the discipline teaching is increasingly popular,give full play to the advantages of micro lesson in the education teaching,explore the micro lesson in the design and application of specific subjects have important research value.'Number and Algebra' is an important field of mathematics curriculum in primary school,which not only occupies a large proportion in the content,but also is the foundation of other learning content,and is closely related to the mathematics learning.At present,under the guidance of the traditional teaching mode,there are some problems in the teaching of'Number and Algebra' in primary schools,with the promotion of the new curriculum reform,it is difficult to meet the needs of students' individual learning.The appearance of the micro lesson has brought an opportunity to change the traditional teaching method and style.However,there are few researches on the application of the micro lesson in the teaching of 'Number and Algebra'.Based on the theoretical thinking and practical teaching,this paper adopted the methods of questionnaire,interview and control experiment,in the investigation and analysis of the current situation of 'Number and Algebra' teaching,on the basis of micro lesson case was designed and developed and combined with flip the model of classroom in teaching practice,to explore how to apply to the micro lesson in the role of 'Number and Algebra' teaching,improve teaching,but also for the application of micro lesson in'Number and Algebra' to provide ideas and methods of guidance.Firstly,it elaborates the research background,purpose and significance of the study in the introduction part of this paper,through the analysis of literature at home and abroad to study in detail,has been clear about the research contents and research methods,formed the research train of thought,and then to the core concepts and theoretical basis of this article are expounded.Secondly,through questionnaire and interview method,respectively for xi 'an S primary school in the second period of students and teachers of mathematics to investigate,explore the second paragraph of 'Number and Algebra' and analyzes the applicability of micro lesson,on the basis of this class is also expatiated the design and development process,application mode and evaluation methods,for the subsequent case provides the basis for the development and implementation of micro lesson.Again,combined with the content of the second paragraph of 'Number and Algebra',and the case of micro lesson was carried out in accordance with the process of development and production,and the teaching practice is carried out between the flipped classroom which is based on the micro lesson and the traditional teaching method.After the teaching experiment,the teaching effect of the two classes is compared and analyzed.Finally,in the reflection on the teaching effect at the same time,based on the related theories,sums up the research conclusion:Based on the micro lesson 'Number and Algebra' flip the classroom helps to cultivate students' interest in learning,strengthen students' overall grasp of knowledge,to highlight the dominant position of students,and truly achieve "to learn to teach".
