The rapid development of informatization prompts the information technology step into every corner of our life,brings more convenience to our life and study,and also gives an:increasing attention to educational informationization.In order to better promote the educational informatization,it is needed to carry out teachers information-related advanced training,which is built by government with many financial support and extra attention on teacher's advanced training.The provinces actively respond to government and continually carry out and strengthen elementary and middle-school teachers training and provide support for elementary andmiddle-school teachers information-based teaching.After several years effort,most of teachers received a long period training and achieved good results,which is not comparable to desires.During the gradually promote for national elementary and middle-school teacher training project,Shanxi Province start its elementary and middle-school teacher educational technology training project in 2007 and on-line training in 2009.In a related study of teacher training,the majority of research training platform,and focus on build and design platform.The contents about the training resources are only involved in the introduction of platform function and no further investigation.The rapid development of information technology not only promote the information-based education,but also promote the training of teachers of information.Based on these points,this research mainly aims at the problems of the information resources of elementary and middle-school teachers in the training process and re-design information-based teaching and training resources.The re-designed resources built on the Q-Xueyou platform and the trial application is accessible.These possess a purpose and relevance and facilitate information-based training of elementary and middle-school teachers.The training resources are the contents that teachers can learn from continuing education and professional development.These can be obtained through books,papered materials and expert lectures,and help to enhance teaching level.Information-based teaching training resources mainly based on a certain means of information provide digital training resources through the platform or media tools,such as network or mobile devices,to teacher.The content of informatization teaching and research resources revolves around the application of information technology with the combination of theory and practice.Bring the technology into the classroom to optimize the teaching of teachers,promote the deep integration of information technology and subject teaching,and enhance the teachers' information teaching ability.Based on the current situation of informationization and teaching of elementary and middle-school teachers in Shaanxi Province,this paper studies the existing research results,analyzes the usage of information-based teaching resources in Shaanxi Province,and designs the information resources of primary and secondary school teachers.The design of the contents can be visualized through the Q-xueyou platform to facilitate elementary and middle-school teachers to carry out information-based teaching training.The thesis consists of six parts in total:The first part:introduction.This part described an introduction about the background,purposes,significance,and current situation of education informatization and summarize our research contents,modeling and methods.The second part:this part introduce and define some core conception that related to our research.We review the related theory basis and describe the support and enlightenment we get from the review.The third part:investigation of current research situation.This part mainly focus on elementary and middle-school teachers in Shaanxi province.The contents we investigated include the situation of training,the usage of research equipment and the application of information-based education.The detailed analysis of the results built a basis for information-based teaching and training resources designation.The fourth part:construction of Information-based teaching and training resources in elementary and middle-school teachers.First,standardize the destinations,principles and ideas of resource design,second,the designation should meet the demand of elementary and secondary school teachers information-based teaching and training.Finally build the information-based teaching and training resources according to former designation.The fifth part:the application of information teaching resources.This part takes the full advantage of information-based teaching and training resources and built the designed resources on Q Xueyou platform and set to be worked and debugged for some teachers.Improve the function based on questionnaire of these teachers.The sixth part:summary and prospective.This part summarized innovation and shortcoming in our research,and described the next work should we do.
