The 21 st century is the age of information;society informatization and the Internet have the trend of rapid development.Teachers' information literacy event has gradually become the focus of the school education and teaching research.How to carry out the cultivation of information literacy of teachers becomes urgent.For that the information literacy of middle school teachers plays an important role in education informatization in schools,it is necessary and urgent to study the current situation and problems systematically.First of all,it is believed in this paper that the existing problems in middle school teachers' information literacy mainly include: teachers need to improve their information requirement awareness;information knowledge and skill level of teachers are uneven;the information technology application in middle school teaching is not ideal;information morality and law security are paid less attention to.Secondly,it is believed in this paper that the influencing factors of improving middle school teachers' information literacy include unbalanced information literacy development among teachers,less investment in informatization environment construction by schools,unperfect information literacy cultivating system for teachers,and the fact that information technology has not gone deep into teaching practice.Finally,the paper puts forward the concrete measures for the information literacy of middle school teachers: to improve the scientific understanding of the process of information literacy cultivation for middle school teachers;To improve the information literacy of middle school teachers by strengthening informatization environment construction in schools;To improve the information literacy of middle school teachers through carrying out targeted training;To improve the information literacy of middle school teachers through optimizing curriculum integration;To improve the informationliteracy of middle school teachers through strengthening the ability of application and processing of information;To improve the information literacy of middle school teachers by strengthening teaching practice;Pay attention to improving information literacy in reflective teaching.
