Operative learning is an extensive and informative education theory and strategy system in education and teaching.In modern classes,cooperative learning has gradually become one of the most common ways for teachers in primary and secondary schools to improve their learning methods.It is also an important measure to improve students' learning methods.The biggest advantage of this teaching mode is to improve students' learning initiative.Therefore,students can have more free space in the process of learning.It can also help students better integrate into class learning.Cooperative learning is gradually transforming from the original one-way communication into a multilateral interaction between teachers and students.It effectively provides an important platform for students to communicate.However,the curriculum reform and cooperative learning need a certain time to be promoted and improved.It also produced some new problems in the specific promotion.For example,it's very difficult to control the class order.The fixed allocation of different roles is not helpful for students to develop in an all-round way,soit's hard to get full guaranteed effect.Therefore,during the teaching of the mathematics in primary schools,it is worth to do further research on seeking to build a reasonable and effective cooperative teaching model.Based on the theoretical basis and the relevant literatures,this paper investigates and summarizes the existing problems of cooperative learning in our school by questionnaires and interviews.According to the elementary students' psychological characteristics,combined with the present physical truth of cooperative learning in our school,this paper analyzes the root cause and attempts to summarize several teaching strategies to verify its validity through positivist researches.In the empirical study,two class students in the fifth grade were divided into an experimental group and a control group.It studied the teaching content from the fifth grade which was published by Shanghai Education Publishing House.In this study,we designed teststo pretest and posttest the experimental group and the control group,and then compared and analyzed the results.The results show that cooperative learning can improve the teaching quality and promote the growth of students' cooperative awareness and skills.By observations and interviews,it also proves that the cooperative learning teaching is the process of making teachers and studentsenjoy learning,promoting their relationship,upgrading ideas,and reachingagreements.Itmakes the students understand mutual cooperation more and pay more attention to the power of the collectivity.
