At present,the problem of Internet addiction among junior high school students in our country has caused a widespread public concern.The research object of this article is Internet addicted junior high school student in Y city.The article uses the advantage-perspective theory as well as the demanding-level theory.In addition,it uses the group work method to intervene the junior high school student's Internet addiction problem and explores the reason causing their Internet addiction,and then proposes approaches and methods to ease such addiction.This article is divided into the following four parts:The first part introduces the background and significance,the related literature review,theoretical basis,concept definition,research methods and innovations of this research.The second part analyzes the three-layer advantages of perspective theory f rom the theoretical level: first,the foucus on the shift in perspective;second,Focus on the integration of junior high school's own development advantages;at last,Social workers and service objects are equal and cooperative relations.The three-layer advantages of group work from the theoretical level: first,the activity forms are flexible,junior middle school students are more receptive;se cond,the team members have high homogeneity and are easy to generate emot ional resonance;and last,a good group atmosphere can enhance the sense of b elonging of the team members.All these are more conducive to alleviating jun ior middle school students' Internet addiction.In the third part,we use the interviewing method and questionnaire surveyinig to analyze the problem of Internet addiction among junior high school students in S Middle School.And we believe that Internet addiction among S middle school can be summarized as follows:(1)Seriously affecting GPA;(2)Affecting communication with parents and impaired parent-child relationship;(3)Being affected by bad information on the Internet and impaired physical and mental health;(4)Making unreasonable spending on money or leading to a bad life path;The causes of Internet addiction among S middle school junior high school students are as follows:(1)Strong curiosity and poor ability to distinguish things;(2)Poor self-control ability and strong reversal;(3)Unable to get approval from others.(4)Improper parental education methods and less attention to children's psychological growth;(5)Lagging behind in school network knowledge education;(6)Confusion in the online market and inadequate supervision.In the fourth part,the article introduced the complete practical process of the group activities involved in junior high school students' Internet addiction,and summarized the following ways of the group work to ease it.(a)Help junior students Cultivate rational network awareness;(b)Excavate and develop their highlights and interests;(c)Establish junior high school students' addiction resilience mutual assistance team and case experience sharing group.From the perspective of the external environment,(1)Encourage parents to set up interactive groups to exchange experiences timely;(2)Schools should pay attention to students' overall development;(3)We should strengthen the supervision over online markets;(4)Build quality and high-efficiency School social workers team in a professional way.
