The Practical Dilemma And Improvement Strategy Of Contemporary College Students' Sexual Mental Health Education

In today's society rapid development,people thought ideological change,openness of contemporary college students has been improved obviously,followed by a series of problems of college students in science,system,effective psychological health education is imminent.In this paper,the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation about the present situation of contemporary college students mental health education carries on the analysis and research,sums up the predicament of reality in the psychological health education,and puts forward the corresponding education measures,sex psychological health education work could be carried out effectively,improve the level of the physical and mental health of college students.This paper first elaborates the theory of sex theory,focuses on the reality of our country,and analyzes the necessity of education.Questionnaire survey was conducted to summarize the reality of education.According to the investigation and analysis of the problems of education,the causes of the problems are analyzed from five aspects: individuals,families,schools,society and network.Finally,based on the causes of education,we further explore the methods of strengthening education.The improvement strategies of education for sexual mental health were analyzed from the perspective of individuals,families,universities and society.Family should pay attention to the important role of education.Construction of education system for strengthening psychological health in colleges and universities;Finally,we will improve the comprehensive management of society.To explore ways and means of strengthening and improving the education of sexual mental health,to protect college students' physical and mental health and to maintain social stability.
