Research On The Status Quo And Relationship Between Professional Identity And Learning Investment Of College Students Majoring In Physical Education

Along with the large enrollment expansion of college and university the standard of teaching faced some problems.Higher teaching standard problem has been become the social from all walks of life focus.School scholars think that the students to the professional identity status and degree of investment in learning is one of the important factors to improve the problems.Especially as educators of sports enterprise in our country in the future.Learning commitment and prose identity means they can put the theoretical knowledge and skills learned in the depth of fusion.Whenever septive control the holy,Output criteria,Whether the effective teaching sports skills spread sports culture.Professional sports college students learning and understanding the current situation and the relation between professional identity.And carries in the through research this will speed up the development of understanding of physical culture and sports and sports of our country has extraodinary significance.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods,through the use of "adaptation of college students on the degree of professional identity questionnaire"(Qi Bingchun,2010)and "the questionnaire of College Students’ learning engagement"(Liao Youguo,2010)of the two questionnaires,professional identity and learning engagement of Shan xi Normal University sports professional college degree has carried on the detailed investigation and data statistics and comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the two.The result showed:(1)In terms of learn commitment the athletics fasten to college students are mostly above the medium lever;(2)College students of physical education should correct their learning attitude,clarify their learning goals,set up the belief of strengthening physical and mental strength,and increase their investment in professional knowledge and skills;(3)The school should innovate the teaching mode of education to promote the professional identity of the students of physical education department.In order to effectively improve the degree of recognition of the students of sports department,and then improve their investment in learning,the author made the following recommendations:First,put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of integrity:(1)From the students themselves;(2)The school should innovate the mode of education and teaching,and promote the professional identity of College students;(3)Strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises,broaden employment channels.Two,put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of group differences:(1)strategies for gender differences;(2)The implementation strategy of grade difference;(3)According to the different characteristics of different students to implement the strategy;(4)According to the different characteristics of different professional implementation strategy.
