Study On The Influence Of Vocational Skills Identification On The Employability Of College Students In Physical Education

Vocational training and appraisal are the main ways to improve workers’ skills and employment and entrepreneurship,and they are the key to promoting employment.Based on a large number of related literature,this article uses the questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method for Guangzhou University,Guangzhou Sports Institute,Jiaying College,Lingnan Normal University,Guangdong Sports Vocational Technical College and Guangzhou Sports Vocational Technical College(Guangzhou Weilun Sports Each college draws 10% of sports students to conduct research.The following conclusions have been drawn: Sports students are more familiar with sports professional skills appraisal.Most sports students are aware of the importance of sports professional skills appraisal,but a few students do not participate in sports professional skills appraisal.In the survey,students The most popular choice is that there is no time to participate in sports occupation skill appraisal.Therefore,students are generally clear about the significance of sports occupation skill appraisal in the cognitive aspect of sports occupation skill appraisal.However,there is a certain difference in the real understanding of sports professional skills appraisal.It is worth noting that cognitive incompleteness will bring about cognitive bias.The occupational skill appraisal of sports plays a positive role in the employment pressure and employment channels of physical education students in school,and divides the employment ability into five aspects: employment self-confidence,social communication ability,knowledge utilization ability,professional technical ability,and adaptability and resilience..The identification of sports vocational skills plays a positive role in the employment(part-time)of labor remuneration and personal satisfaction of physical education students in school,but it has little effect on the unit training rate,the stability of work units and the degree of matching of qualification certificates and employment(part-time).The stability of the job is not directly related to whether or not to participate in sports occupation skill appraisal.However,in the stability of the jobquantity inspection work,it is seen that there is a negative correlation between the number of participating sports professional skill appraisal and exchange jobs and the work is more stable.The identification of professional sports skills has no effect on the duration and pressure of the graduates’ work units.However,the identification of professional sports skills plays a positive role in the development of graduate work.
