The law-related education of youth plays an important role in our country's law-based governance strategy process.The law-related education course is the major carrier of law-related education,and classroom teaching is main way of law-related education,whose implementation has a great effect on the law-related education of teenagers.Researching the law-related education curriculum in local senior high school has certain practical and theoretical significance in such a background.Based on this,the thesis chooses three ordinary senior high schools in Xinzhou as cases to analysis their content of law-related education,classroom instruction and objectives by questionnaire and site investigate.Research of the law-related education course in these three schools has shown that the course plays a positive role for students in forming legal sense,acquiring legal knowledge and promoting legal literacy.But it also finds that there are many problems in the process of law-related education implementation:Curriculum content is not all-inclusive.The contents such as socialism legal system,connotations of rule of law and spirit,democracy and rule of law can't be found in the curriculum content.The law-related education course is a part of social politic education class,but the content of law-related education lacks independence leading to its disconnection between middle school and university,and that is bad for the formation of perfect law-related education course system.The law-related education course is main teaching by social politic education teachers,most of these whom didn't have systematic law-related education and continuing education,leading to the situation that teachers lack of professional ability.The method of instruction is still oral teaching method.There is little application of case-based teaching approach and moot court method.This situation can not meet the needs of the students,and the implementation of law-related education is short of pertinence and effectiveness.The evaluation method of law-related education implementation is unreasonable.The purpose of the evaluation is still for selection,while expansionary appraisal and diagnostic assessment are seldom used.The evaluation content focuses on knowledge but ignores ability and values.The evaluation is teacher-oriented so that students don not have much opportunity of participation.The students' practical ability of rules of law and citizen consciousness have to be improved.To promote the effectiveness of law-related education course,the administrative departments should improve relevant system.Labour and material resources in the implementation of the curriculum should be protected.The course which are the main career of the law-related education,the relevant theme of the course should adjust the modules and content of curriculum,exploit the resources of curriculum and reform curriculum evaluation system.Teachers are the decisive factors that affect the implementation of the curriculum.So it is very important to make the teachers' system in primary and secondly schools much clear and which can make improve the professional competence of teachers,and strengthen the law-based training.To create a positive atmosphere of law,making students nurtured through the atmosphere,and the concept of laws should be put into the school management and education of all aspects.With the experience of American law-based education in primary and secondary schools,the law-based education in schools and that in the community can be combined effectively.By using their observation,participation and thinking,students can internalize and apply the knowledge they learned in the real situation.
