In recent years,badminton sports have become more and more popular in mass fitness,various amateur badminton clubs have been established in various places,all levels of amateur badminton events have increased significantly.Surveys show that many people have reached a higher level of intensity and density in badminton enthusiasts.Due to the lack of proper medical supervision and health guidance,many people have different degrees of injury during the exercise.Therefore,how to provide safe and effective exercise programs for amateur badminton fans is a topic worthy of study.This article uses the literature data method,the observation method,the measurement method,the experiment method and the mathematical statistics method to test the function of the 24 amateurs from Shanghai Qian Yu,Peer and Fei Tuo amateur badminton clubs and conducts experiments through interventions.Research result:1.The overall condition of the subject's FMS test: The total score was 21 points.In this experiment,the highest score for the subjects was 15 points,and the lowest score was 9 points;the average score was 12.08±1.472;In the seven action tests,the test scores of the body-stabilized push-ups and the active straight leg raise were the highest;the hurdle step and rotary stability scores were the lowest.2.In the five test movements of the left and right symmetry of the body,the movement scores with the right side as the dominant side were significantly higher than those with the left side and the subject's right and left functional asymmetry was more serious;Among them,the test items with relatively serious asymmetrical problems were: in-line lunge,shoulder flexibility and hurdle step and people who have asymmetrical problems are 19,17 and 14 respectively.3.FMS test scores for different gender subjects: The female FMS score is higher than male;the score of the hurdle step is significantly higher than that male p=0.001,which shows a better functional flexibility in some test actions;The score of male's push-ups is significantly higher than female(p=0.020),indicating a better functional stability in the action pattern.Subjects with different genders had no difference in deep squat,in-line lunge,shoulder mobility,active straight leg raise,rotary stability test score and FMS score.Test scores for the hurdle step test and the trunk stability pushup test showed significant differences.4.Eight weeks of intervention training found that subjects' FMS total score have significantly increased(p=0.001);Among them,deep squat,shoulder mobility,and rotary stability test scores have been significantly improved.Hurdle step,active straight leg raise,and trunk stability push-up have also improved scores.5.Using statistical methods to analyze the FMS scores: After corrective training,the score of the badminton special quality “ten low center of gravity and four-point running” and the badminton throw-off 1minute skipping are improved.It shows that the FMS test and its corrective training can effectively improve the quality of the action and promote the improvement of physical fitness level,laying a solid foundation for the improvement of physical fitness level.Analysis conclusion:1.The FMS test found that the asymmetrical and imbalanced problems in amateur badminton fans' action patterns are prominent,and the motor control ability in the action mode is weak.The functional stability of males is stronger,and women's functional flexibility is stronger,but the stability and symmetry of body postures need to be strengthened.2.After eight weeks of FMS corrective intervention training,the amateur FSM scores for badminton amateurs increased significantly.Among them,the deep squat test,rotary stability test,and shoulder mobility test scores change significantly;After the intervention,the asymmetry problem in the movement mode was improved,but the asymmetry problem still existed in the action mode with high difficulty level.3.FMS can screen out the functional asymmetry problem and the weak links in amateur badminton fans' action mode and provide a reliable reference for the evaluation of the training plan,which can effectively improve the action quality.Eight weeks of corrective intervention training can effectively help amateur badminton fans improve the quality of their action models,avoided the risk of “energy leakage” and sports injuries caused by compensatory movements and improve the efficiency of movement and promote the development of sports competition.
