With the CPC Central Committee's proposal of building an overall well-to-do society,people's happiness has gradually drawn attention.Happiness,on the other hand,is a subjective feeling and experience of people.From the views of psychologists,it is the subjective sense of happiness of people.Subjective well-being is an important indicator of mental health in the field of psychological well-being studies.Adolescents,as the key of implementing the national fitness plan,As a special group of adolescents,left behind children and their protection work,which is related with the healthy growth of juverniles,the happiness of the family and the harmonious of society,and the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way.People have made much more progress in the relationship between the physical exercise and subjective well-being.In the existed literature,there is few research in the study of left-behind children's physical exercise and subjective well-being of very little relationship,therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between physical exercise and subjective well-being,aimed at left-behind children can participate in physical exercise can It is very meaningful to improve subjective well-being.In this study,the survey object is part of the left-behind children in Suqian City we made use of methods,including questionnaires,documentation,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,on-site visits to those left-behind children's in some rural areas of Suqian physical exercise and subjective well-being Study of the questionnaire.Descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA,independent sample T-test,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data through SPSS 20.0.We can get a conclusion from this research:1.The intensity of left-behind children's physical exercise is mainly based on the less intensity of less intense exercise,physical activity duration of 11-20 minutes up to the frequency of physical activity 1 to 2 times a week the largest proportion of exercise is about small amount of exercise.2.Satisfaction of left-behind children in Suqian City,positive emotions in the upper middle level,negative emotions in the middle-lower level,the level of subjective well-being at the upper middle level,left-behind children of different gender in the Subjective well-being does not have significant differences.Subjective well-being of left-behind children in Suqian City life satisfaction,positive emotions in grade does not have differences,negative emotions have significant differences.3.Left-behind children's physical exercise.They Participate in the moderate intensity more intense long-term exercise experience will get the highest level of subjective well-being,exercise duration of 21 to 30 minutes,weekly exercise frequency of 3 to 5 times,Those children who participate in moderate exercise subjective will get highest level of happiness.4.There is a significant positive correlation between physical exercise intensity,duration of exercise,exercise frequency and exercise intensity,life satisfaction and positive emotion,and negative emotion.But have negative relation with the impact of physical exercise on subjective well-being is more prominent,of which exercise intensity has a greater impact.5.According to the analysis the linear regression,the relationship between physical exercise and subjective well-being has a certain correlation.There is significant relationship among the factors of exercise intensity,physical exercise frequency and duration of physical exercise and life satisfaction are significant.Physical education There is a linear relationship between exercise and subjective well-being.
