From the feudal rule of man to the rule of law in modern society,this is doomed to be a long and arduous road.What does the rule of law mean to the state,society and individuals? This is obviously a topic and proposition worthy of our meditation.The rule of law is to the state,the rule of law is to society,and the rule of law is different from individuals.But no matter how,how deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and how to be deeply rooted,what we need is only the function and influence of education.On the basis of this macro background and on the basis of meticulous analysis,this paper will focus on the effective micro focus,and will focus on the problem of how to effectively exert its effectiveness in the field of basic education in our country.As we all know,the most effective way to give full play to the rule of law education in China's basic education is ideological and moral education,but the development of this teaching is not optimistic,and even some relatively concentrated educational and social problems have appeared.From the angle of trying to solve the problem,we have decided to study and discuss the problem of the effectiveness of the rule of law education in the ideological and moral teaching of junior middle school,and take the research method of the empirical paper,and carry out effective social investigation on the basis of the reasonable selection and sampling,and analyze it with the aid of the data software.The real development of the former.The status of the data is introduced,and the current situation is facing the problem.In the face of many problems,we must make effective solutions before we can ensure the necessity and feasibility of the whole research.So how to solve it,we adopt the theory + practice strategy.At the theoretical level,we use the ARCSA model to analyze the countermeasures.First of all,we should improve the content of life oriented rule of law education and build a systematic curriculum system.Secondly,we should innovate the experience rule of law education method and give play to the student's main position.Finally,we should enhance students' legal belief and self-control,and promote their unity of knowledge and practice.At the practical level,this article selects the classical content of the junior high school class to carry on the teaching analysis,and effectively transforms the theoretical result in the practice process,and finally draws the corresponding comprehensive conclusion.The result of our final hope is to put forward the rule of law at the national level,make the education of the rule of law deeply rooted in the social level,promote the construction of the ideological and moral effectiveness and the actual effect of the rule of law education at the level of the student education,and create a good environment for the development of the rule of law for our students.
