The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed "setting up a course on the knowledge of the rule of law in primary and secondary schools." Other canonized textbooks combined with relevant contents are scattered and embedded to ensure that the education of rule of law runs through all the time.The ideological and moral course of junior high school is the main channel of the education of rule of law in junior high school.It is the major responsibility of the bearers to educate junior high school students on the rule of law.The moral education in junior high school is characterized by student-oriented,adhere to principle and flexible methods.It is beneficial to the healthy development of junior high school students to carry out the education of rule of law in ideological and moral education.It is beneficial to the realization of the curriculum goal of ideological and moral education in junior high school,and to the construction of a socialist country ruled by law in our country.At present,the education departments and schools in China attach greater importance on the junior high school students' rule of law education.The design of the new edition of the textbook "morality and Rule of Law" is also more in line with the characteristics of students' physical and mental development.At the same time,after years of education on the rule of law in moral education,junior high school students have a certain foundation for the rule of law.The education of rule of law in the moral course of junior middle school also has the superficial goal of rule of law,the lack of pertinence of teaching methods and the deficiency of moral character teachers' accomplishment of rule of law.The main reasons for these problems are that some teachers and students are still deeply influenced by examination-oriented education,and the concept of teacher education is deviated.The cultivation mechanism of ideological and moral teachers' rule of law education is not perfect and the evaluation cost of rule of law education is relatively high.Therefore,the following measures should be taken to solve the problems and the causes of moral education in junior high school:first,we should implement the three-dimensional goal.Strengthen the quality education,achieve the harmonious development based on the birth,three dimensional goal,strengthen the quality education,cultivate the students' legal literacy.Second,the teacher should change the educational idea,explore the teaching method of the university,excavate the teaching resources,according to the student's characteristic,Different grades use different teaching methods.Third,we should improve teacher training mechanism,improve teachers' legal literacy,actively introduce professional legal personnel,promote teacher training,help teachers improve their internal drive and set up incentive mechanism.It is necessary to change the evaluation mode,develop teachers and students together,pay attention to the comprehensive and developmental evaluation of evaluation content,innovate the evaluation mode of teachers,and promote the common development of teachers.
