Multi-campus universities in China began in the 1980 s, it is by the popularization of higher education and promote education system reform.The establishment of multi-campus university, won a more broad space for development of colleges and universities, but of the pattern and resource sharing, subject integration and cultural construction has brought the adverse factors.How to solve these problems, directly related to the sustainable development of university.And through to the various campus integrating education resources, and changed from scattered to centralized, form an organic unity, realize resource utilization optimization, can effectively solve the scattered because of the campus.The education resource for the concept of generalized here, not only refers to the university building facilities such as tangible education resources, also includes intangible education resources such as management mode, the university culture.This study mainly includes four parts.Firstly, this paper expounds the background of multi-campus university,formation, and the present situation of the education resources: large scale, scattered resources and complete disciplines, management mode and varied.Secondly, put forward the multi-campus university resources integration problems are as follows: waste of resources, sharing difficulties;The lack of campus culture and conflict;Development not harmonious, convergence difficulties.And analyze the factors influencing the resource integration of multi-campus university.Thirdly, this paper discusses the success of the school-running practice at home and abroad, summarizes the lessons of experience.Through to the domestic Nan Jing college of engineering, the Zhu Hai campus of sun yat-sen university, Hua Zhong university of science and technology and the higher education system in Californiacase analysis, obtain beneficial enlightenment.Finally, put forward the strategy of multi-campus university education resource integration: establish a government guided by the land replacement;The construction of digital campus;Improve the management mode;To strengthen the construction of multi-campus university discipline;Attaches great importance to the multi-campus university campus culture.
