S Company Value Stream Management Application Research

Lean production is an advanced production management model originated from Toyota in Japan, has been carried out for many years. The case will analyze some common problems in enterprises and how to solve, introduce the value stream management system of S company, the practical application of Trophy product value stream management, research the value stream management is how to identify waste and problems, by using the lean production tools and 6sigma, realize the continuous improvement of the overall product value stream.
