Research On Innovation Relay Center And The Development In China

In the 21 st century, the science and technology capability is fatal to the future of a company and a nation. With the development of the developed countries in over 200 years,they have a more and more mature system for technology research and development that is playing an important role in a new scientific and technical revolution. The American National Technology Transfer Center, the technology research organizations in some American universities and the Innovation Relay Center(IRC)(a part of Enterprise Europe Network) are devoting a lot to technology transfer and the commercialization of research findings all over the world.This dissertation is conducting a discussion about the main functions and services of the IRC and analyzing IRC's functions in digging company's request, promoting trans-regional cooperation, accelerating technology transfer, and so on. By analyzing the service stations of IRC and EEN, this dissertation summarizes the characterizations of organization and operation. Besides, this dissertation analyzes the operation situation of EEN in China, and probes into the service,request of technology provider and technology demander in China. In the end, this dissertation summarizes the revelation of EEN network to China international scientific and technological cooperation. Based on the China-EU Near Zero Emissions Coal(NCEZ) Project Phase IIA, this dissertation also analyzes its operation characterization and its revelation to technology transfer during our technology cooperation.As a successfully operated organized in 20 years, the EEN is the most outstanding in technology transfer in the EU and all over the world. Nowadays, the EEN has set up centers in China that provides us with a good opportunity to probe into its operation mode and operation situation and contributes to our future technology transfer cooperation with the EU.
