At present, China is in a special period of economic transformation and industrial upgrading, in this context, many enterprises from the extensive mode of production to high-tech, customized, innovative production mode transformation. At the same time, enterprises through continuous adjustment to improve themselves, improve their comprehensive strength, and ultimately to become more competitive and more competitive. In this process, as the core resources of enterprise survival and development, the competitiveness of human resources, and the matching of the enterprise, is bound to become the key to the success of enterprise transformation and upgrading, and therefore to solve the problem of human resource matching is a necessary guarantee for the successful transformation and upgrading of enterprises.This paper is to select a representative JT company as the research object, for the enterprise transformation and upgrading of human resources matching problem. First, this paper expounds and analyzes the operating status, transformation and upgrading of JT company, and the current situation of human resource matching, then compares the status of human resource matching and the matching state of the transformation and upgrade phase, then finds out the root of the problem, and then puts forward the method and the way of converting the status of the matching. Comprehensive and targeted to the four aspects of personnel planning, compensation incentive, management processes, personnel training, through the adjustment of organizational structure, transformation of management mode, the process of reengineering and reconstruction of human resource planning, to solve the problem of human resource matching in the transformation and upgrading of JT company, to ensure the success of the transformation and upgrading of the company.JT company, after the implementation of my proposal, the human resources are not matching problem has been significantly improved, which is the basis for the successful transformation and upgrading of JT company. Combined with practical experience, this paper expounds that it provides reference for enterprises in the same stage, but also promotes the research on the matching of human resources in a more effective ways.
