| Affected by national policies and its own development needs,S company decides to tran sform and upgrade to become a more competitive and excellent company.As for the successf ul transformation and upgrading of a company,high-quality human resources are the key,besi des,it is the inherent requirements for S company to establish a human resource training syste m that is compatible with its development and optimize human resource training.This article takes S company as the research object.For the research on optimization of h uman resource training under the transformation and upgrading of S company,firstly,it analy zes its development status,transformation and upgrading,as well as the current situation of hu man resources and training.Through face-to-face interviews,questionnaire surveys and so on,the key points of the problems in the human resource training of S company are found out,an d then we analyze the causes of the problems in detail.On the basis of studying and consultin g relevant knowledge and theories at home and abroad,through literature research,combined with its current situation on the transformation and upgrading,suggestions for its optimization of the human resource training are obtained.This article mainly optimizes the S company’s h uman resources training work from such five aspects as training requirements,training course system,training lecturer team,training implementation as well as training evaluation and trac king.Finally,methods to guarantee the implementation of the human resource training recom mendations under the transformation and upgrading of S company are put forward. |
