When we are in the age of PC Internet and talk about that it changes people's consumption habits and behavior, we do not know that the mobile Internet era has quietly come. Along with that a variety of mobile terminal more and more and various kinds of application software for mobile Internet are developed and applied, we instantly feel the popularity of mobile Internet will bring us a disruptively change. We have reason to believe that recruitment in the human resources management will be like other traditional industries, facing the new development and change in the context of the mobile Internet.In this paper, I will analyze the traditional recruitment model and the Internet recruitment model, and analyze and summarize the typical Internet recruitment platform business development situation then from the perspective of enterprise and do research on the new recruiting model under the mobile internet background and its effectiveness. The new model include mobile app client recruitment, social networking platform recruitment and mobile Internet communication recruitment. I will make a judgment on how it subverts the past recruiting models and improves the effectiveness of recruitment.The mobile app client recruitment can achieve two-way flexible and convenient management for recruitment, realize recruitment anytime, anywhere; social platform recruitment can help recruitment needs to achieve massive job user data accurately matching through the data, the community and recommend ways; mobile Internet communication recruitment can send recruiting information and target job positioning through the mass of mobile Internet users. It can be said that the recruitment effectiveness upgrade because of the mobile Internet, not only on the appearance of more convenient, lower cost. As a matter of fact, the mobile Internet has been used to improve the accuracy of the identification of people through the personal precision data mining and network connections. From this point of view, the mobile Internet subversively change the recruitment effectiveness.This study will keep pace with the times and open a new chapter in the human resources management theory and will bring enterprise recruitment work a certain inspiration and guidance reference and HR who is doing human resources management work a training guide for his position and work thoughts.
