An Empirical Study On The Factors Affecting The Effectiveness Of Internet Recruitment

The development of modern society has entered the era of knowledge-driven economy.High-quality human resources has became the core competitiveness of enterprises and the fundamental position of enterprises in the increasingly complex and changeable economic situation.At the same time,"Internet plus" produced under the impetus of Innovation 2.0.The needs of the enterprises and the "Internet plus" combination,gave birth to the Internet recruitment model,this new recruitment model makes it possible for enterprises to achieve precise and efficient recruitment.In this context,it is an urgent task to improve the effectiveness of Internet recruitment.Firstly,on the basis of literature research,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the effectiveness of Internet recruitment,and summarizes the influencing factors at the corporate level and recruitment website level respectively;Secondly,through the empirical study,this paper constructs the research model of the effectiveness factors of the enterprise Internet recruitment from the enterprise level and the recruitment website level.We choose companies and job seekers who use recruitment websites as objects of investigation.Questionnaires are distributed by questionnaires,collecting data,and using SPSS.20 to analyze the data.The result shows that both the enterprise level and the recruitment site level have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of corporate Internet recruitment;Finally,according to the conclusion of the research,in order to improve the effectiveness of enterprise Internet recruitment,the suggestions and measures are put forward from two levels.
