Procurement as an important part of business operations, can affect the cost structure of the enterprise, stocking cycle, the time of new product time in market, operating flexibility, quality and profitability. Play production capacity, to a certain extent, also subject to the procurement and supply. Procurement lead time in the entire production cycle often accounts for a large proportion, to achieve on time delivery to meet customer demand, the first part is to ensure the procurement management, it is directly related to the implementation of the plan on schedule. In essence, purchasing management is extended enterprise capability, capacity extension is not guaranteed if the demand, marketing plan can not be completed before the sales staff promised delivery conditions, in addition to understanding the feasibility of production capacity, but also must understand the supply possibility.At the same time how to effectively conduct supplier management to improve product quality is also one of the key management procurement. Meet end-user needs both to pass between the internal and external mutual coordination and procurement, so the systems can help to operate timely, appropriate price, appropriate quality way to reduce costs throughout the supply chain. As a successful auto parts manufacturers mostly of them start to promote the integration and optimization from the procurement in the entire supply chain.From supply chain management theory and the theory of purchasing management, this article take foreign trade enterprises-X auto parts company as the research object, the company's materials procurement process comprehensive and thorough research on the company's current major problems exist in the management of procurement, such as procurement department structure, procurement process, supplier management were analyzed, and finally to the ERP system for procurement process reengineering, based on the company's procurement process optimization and adjustment, and AHP given vendor selection strategies and recommendations from the perspective of supply chain, rebuild the X company purchasing process, vendor selection and to give a relatively scientific and effective methods. Results of this study is not only beneficial to improve material procurement management company X, but also improve procurement management for other industries and enterprises and providing valuable theoretical guidance and reference.
