Research On The Competitiveness Of Inner Mongolia High-tech Industry

Since 1980 s,the world economy is beginning to change in the direction of technology and economy,in the process of transformation,information and communication technology plays an important role.High-tech industry is characterized by knowledge intensive and technology intensive,cultivating high-tech industry is of great significance to the development of regional economy.Inner Mongolia is rich in resources,but the environment is fragile,industrial development must adhere to the principle of sustainable development.The development of high-tech industry can improve the economic efficiency of Inner Mongolia economy,reduce environmental impact,so as to achieve sustainable economic development.Based on the study of the competitiveness of high-tech industries both at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the competitiveness of high-tech industry in Inner Mongolia,combining with the new diamond model theory,comparative advantage and competitive advantage theory and innovation theory.Firstly,the present situation is analyzed from the three dimensions of industrial scale,industrial structure and industrial investment.The present situation and existence of high-tech industry development in Mongolia in recent years are analyzed by chart analysis and comparative analysis of the inadequacies.Secondly,dynamic shiftshare method is used to analyze the competitiveness of the high-tech industry in Inner Mongolia and the sub-sectors,according to the analysis results,Inner Mongolia high-tech industry overall competitiveness is weak,in terms of sub-sectors,pharmaceutical manufacturing and medical equipment and instrumentation manufacturing industry has a competitive advantage over the other high-tech industries,we should focus on development.Thirdly,according to the new diamond model theory,the index system of influencing factors of high-tech industry development in Inner Mongolia is constructed,and the correlation degree of each influencing factor to economic development is analyzed by gray correlation method,according to the analysis result,human factor is the primary factor to affect the development of high-tech industry;the policy environment is the key factor to affect the development of high-tech industry;industrial structure is the basis of the development of high-tech industry;Inner Mongolia's high-tech industry is lack of independent innovation,the industrial support of Inner Mongolia's high-tech industry is not enough.Finally,combined with industry status and empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the choice of the industry,setting up an innovative incubation system,building a high level of personnel training,and other aspects of improvement proposals.
