Land is the most basic natural resources for human survival and development,and is the material basis for human survival and development.Since 1990s,along with the problems of population,resources and environment have become increasingly prominent and the research on global change and development,realize the research of land use change on the in-depth understanding of the global environmental change study plays an important role,so the research on land use change in the global environment change has become a research hotspot and frontier areas,and further strengthen the research land use change.On the basis of summarizing the research status.Taking Sanming city as an example,based on the natural condition of Sanming city and correctly grasp the 1996-2006 11 years of dynamic change structure the pattern of change and other aspects of the land use dynamic change of Sanming City,reveals the law of land use change in Sanming city.Based on used to analyze the factors of geology,geomorphology,climate,soil and hydrology.The quantitative and qualitative analysis methods are used to analyze the social and economic factors.First select the factors related to effects of land use change of 13 socio-economic factors of 1996-2006 in Sanming City,The research shows that the Sanming city circle has been greatly increased due to the implementation of the strategy of the 1+8 city circle in Wuhan and the pulling effect of the real estate and other fields.The increase in the amount of real estate investment is particularly evident,with an average annual growth rate of 7.88%,to a certain extent,boosting the pace of urban construction land occupation of arable land.Economic growth makes land use change,1996-2006 years,Sanming area of 317 hectares of arable land.At the same time,residential and independent industrial and mining land,transportation land were increased by 1185 hectares,81 hectares.In addition to the three major construction of Economic Development Zone,is a kind of extension,the city land use structure change,not only through the population concentration,industry concentration,regional diffusion occupation of land,land use conversion,but also through the diffusion of life style and concept of value,the change of land use structure in the original.The expansion of urban land,which is mainly composed of industrial land,residential land and third industrial land,has led to the reduction of arable land.The large-scale urban construction has made the city expand and occupied a large amount of cultivated land.With the conversion structure,enhance the function of land use in Sanming City,to a certain extent,but also promote the adjustment of industrial structure in Ezhou City,in turn,in the process of continuous.Finally,it summarizes the existing problems of land use in Sanming City,on the basis of this,from the perspective with a view to the rational use of land resources in Sanming city to play a reference role.
