The Design And Implementation Of Ningxia Telecom Portal Publishing System

With the advent of 4G,communications service providers have completely shifted their attention from voice services to data services.There have been growing needs for internet service models.Besides,competition is becoming increasingly more intense and traditional communications services are replaced by their new and previous competitors one after another.Thus,challenges are posed to Telecom in face of brand new services and technologies.To further develop in the market,Telecom shall meet new requirement for its products,including free combination of products or services and adaptability to changing competitive market.As a provider of integrated applications,Telecom has been providing diverse services for information-based management of small and medium-sized enterprises.After a long period of its development,it has owned a large amount of customers and distinctive products such as SMS,network and information-based products.In this paper,an emphasis is placed on exploring how to integrate what Telecom has,its information and data into commodities and sell them through the internet via online portals according to some requirement for safety monitoring,in order to further expand Telecom products and services for the purpose of increasing government's,public institutions',enterprises' and individuals' awareness of Ningxia Telecom Company Limited.In this paper,J2 EE architecture is used,and TOMCAT is employed as middleware.Current popular ORACLE is chosen as database,and model-view-controller is utilized as application program.Apart from its security,openness and scalability of a system are also taken into account.Distributed processing is strengthened for higher horizontal linear scalability of the application,so as to greatly enhance scalability and processing capacity of the system.This system is made up of several functional modules,which are connected through interfaces to compose a unit as small as possible which can integrate functions of all these modules into new ones for users.These modules can be flexibly combined and conveniently used.Various ready-made functions will be available to customers with different needs as long as these modules are integrated with Telecom's own characteristic products.By using this system,Telecom may not only accommodate common needs of enterprises fast,but can also supply its characteristic commodities to enterprises and concentrate on satisfying enterprises' individualized needs through its development.In this way,small and medium-sized enterprises will be more satisfied with information-based support of Ningxia Telecom,and the core competency of Ningxia Telecom will be thereby improved.
