Product Innovation Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises, Research, The Impact Of Their Performance

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in our national economy. Not only is it the important growth point of our national economy, but also create a large number of job opportunities for China's economic development and stability. As the global financial crisis caused by the U.S. sub-loan crisis, China's economic development has been greatly impaired. In face of the crisis, businesses need to enhance their competitive strength, and product innovation is the basic starting point to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises. Competitive new products have become one of the core areas in competition. Many enterprises seek higher standing, more market share and new market territories by the strategy of product innovation.They acquire sustainable competitive strength by continuous development of new products.Taking the above issues into consideration, this study focuses on the impact of product innovation in SMEs on performance. First of all, it summarizes the research both at home and abroad, and then put forward a concept model and assumptions about the impact of product innovation on the performance. Second, the author hands out questionnaires to 82 SMEs in Jiangsu province, and verifies the significance of SMEs' product innovation on its innovation performance through data analyzed by Software SPSS.The purpose of this study is to the impact of product innovation in SMEs on its performance. In light of the enterprises, they can strengthen innovation management on their products, and correspondingly enhance their own ability to innovate. In term of the government, it may implement effective policies to support innovation and guide the healthy development of the SMEs.
