Comparative Analysis On Technical Efficiency Of Com Production In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

Corn is one of the three major grain crops in China,mainly in Hebei,the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is China's corn production area,while Beijing and Tianjin corn production scale is not large,but the corn production mode,technical level has many worth Hebei learn from.The core of this paper is to compare the technical efficiency of corn production in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and to make suggestions on how to make up the complementary advantages of corn production in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to enhance the competitiveness of regional maize industry.In this study,through a large number of relevant literature on the preliminary understanding of the corn industry,after the questionnaire survey,telephone,visit and other forms of understanding of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei corn production.Based on a lot of questionnaires were collected,based on the technical efficiency of maize production inputs,the output variables are selected,and using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)for the calculation of technical efficiency of maize production situation of Beijing Tianjin Hebei.The results show that: Beijing has the highest production efficiency of maize,the most reasonable factor of maize production in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,there is a higher cost of machinery,fertilizer costs,labor costs of input redundancy.In view of the existing problems in the production of maize in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the technological efficiency and development of corn industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei provinces in the light of the relevant policies of the state.1.To improve the overall quality of agricultural workers,and enhance agricultural production technology.2.Strengthen the technical support and enhance the technical efficiency of corn production in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.3.Scientific planning of corn production production ratio,reduce production costs.4.Mechanical out of work,to achieve full use of resources.5.Corn production and production technology transfer to the dominant producing areas.6.Adjust the planting structure,promote the rural labor force to the second and tertiary industries,promote industrial upgrading.
