Research On The Interactive Relationship Between New Urbanization,Industrial Structure And Consumption Structure

In the new economic normal,economic growth slowed down,a variety of structural problems presented.Urbanization is facing a huge challenge,the traditional extensive development model has been unsustainable,but also brought a series of social and economic issues.To steel,cement,electrolytic aluminum as the representative of the traditional industry capacity serious excess,and even some representative of the strategic emerging industries have also appeared in the phenomenon of overcapacity is facing a huge transition pressure.At the same time labor costs is in the rapid rise,low value-added labor-intensive industries are facing enormous pressure.The enormous pressure of the industrial structure has hindered the transfer of the labor force and is not conducive to the transfer of the rural population,which has challenged the development of the new urbanization.In recent years,China's consumption maintains double-digit growth,consumption from the material consumption to service consumption upgrades,in this consumer revolution it has great potential for economic restructuring to provide a strong vitality,but there are some problems.There is a demand but the lack of supply of the phenomenon.For example,there is a huge consumer demand in the pension industry,but the development of the industry seriously lagging behind,which can become a breakthrough in industrial transformation and upgrading.Therefore,in the context of slowing economic growth,overcapacity,labor costs and rapid consumption growth,it is necessary to analyze the new urbanization,upgrading the industrial structure and upgrade the consumption structure in order to provide a reliable theory for economic development Support and policy recommendations.In this paper,through the study of relevant literature,the paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between the new urbanization,industrial structure and consumption structure,and clarifies the interaction between the three.Through the construction of a new urbanization comprehensive index system,we try to comprehensively reflect the level of new urbanization development,calculate the new urbanization index,use the assistant test,Granger causality test,impulse response function and variance decomposition to the new urbanization,industrial structure,consumption The relationship between the three structures is analyzed and the dynamic response of the three variables is analyzed.Finally,the results are basically the same as the theory.The upgrading of the industrial structure can promote the development of the new urbanization and promote the gradual enhancement of the structure.The development of new type of urbanization can weaken the consumption structure,and the development of the new urbanization can promote the development of the new urbanization.When the development of the new urbanization and the consumption structure are incompatible with the development of the new urbanization,the development of the new urbanization can promote the upgrading of the consumption structure.The role of time gradually weakened,industrial upgrading can quickly promote the upgrading of consumption structure,and the role of gradually increased.The conclusion of this paper shows that the new urbanization,industrial structure and consumption structure have the relationship between the three,in the practice of taking into account the relationship between the three,and finally put forward policy recommendations.
