Since the ILO put forward the "decent work" in 1999,under the impetus of the ILO and its Member States,it has gradually become the global consensus and goal for all people to achieve "decent work".In recent years,the post-90s knowledge-based employees have gradually entered the labor market in China,becoming the main force in the future development of our country and the backbone of enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprises.Because of the unique personality characteristics,values and behavior characteristics of the post-90s knowledge-based employees,they have different understanding of the different aspects of decent work.At the same time,Beijing,as the capital of our country,is in an important period of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading.As the largest and most dense city of knowledge workers in China,the decent work condition of the post-90s knowledge workers is worth studying.The main content of this paper can be divided into four parts.The first part collates the theoretical basis of the use of this article,decent work and knowledge workers related theories and the existing literature.The second part mainly analyzes the main characteristics of the post-90s knowledge-based employees in Beijing.Their problems in achieving decent work include the high turnover rate,the serious gnawing phenomenon and the health problems in the workplace.This article analyses the necessity of realizing decent work from the perspective of individual,enterprise and society.The third part collects data through interviews and questionnaires,empirical analysis of Beijing city the post-90s knowledge-based employees decent work level,including the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,single factor analysis and correlation analysis,the influencing factors of Beijing the post-90s knowledge-based employees is divided into five parts,the occupation accomplishment salary and welfare,working environment,employee participation,labor intensity.The fourth part is to improve the decent work level of the post-90s knowledge-based employees.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from three levels,namely,government,enterprises and individuals.
