Research On Coupling Relationship Between Regional Innovation Ability And Employment Quality

Innovation is the source of economic development,how to grasp the essence of innovative economy and promote regional economic growth,all of these directly related to the results of innovation and innovation process.At present,Chinese is in a critical period of economic and social development,2020 GDP is expected to quadruple and the technological contribution to economic development to increase 20% to 60%.As the support of Chinese economic development and regional economic development and innovation and development directly related to the degree of goal;at the same time,as the most important factor to the economic development and the sharing of the fruits of economic development,workers are the objects and elements of the most worthy of attention.Since the regional innovation and labor is the most important force in promoting regional economic and social development,and also the most important elements of the regional innovation system and the employment environment system.Based on this thinking,this paper evaluates the relationship between the two systems by means of regional innovation capability index and employment quality index.Regional innovation ability is the ability of a region to transform knowledge into new products,processes and services,and to promote local economic development,and to produce a certain economic performance.From the perspective of individual workers,employment quality including all related working conditions of laborer individual elements,such as salary,work time,work environment and social security should be included.In the study of coupling relationship,that product of regional innovation capacity and the quality of employment is highly coupled with innovation and employment collaborative development,coupled regional innovation ability and employment quality of the industrial development and employment between the organic connection of symbiosis,formed a network,with science and technology talents as the core,with the upgrading of the industrial chain and product innovation as a link the government,industry,universities,education research institutions connected into economy interdependence and mutual assistance with the reasonable division of labor.To reveal the coupling regional innovation ability and employment quality of the formation and development of the use of deductive method,combined with industrial development stage proposed three stage coupling relationship between the conceptual model,and puts forward the coupling of regional innovation ability and employment quality are mainly in the form of structural coupling,functional coupling and space-time coupling,that unity of regional innovation system and the quality of employment by more than three a coupling form on the coupling elements and the composite system formed,to jointly promote the economic.According to the system theory research method,combined with the regional innovation ability and the quality of employment in the factor analysis,this paper reveals the relationship of interaction,supply and demand,and coordination between the two systems.Around the above relationship,using the data of Anhui province to do the research from the phenomenon to the coupling development of internal relations.In particular,the development status of innovation activities and employment quality in Anhui province were analyzed and compared with the time and space.The empirical test was carried out by using the gray correlation analysis method and the coupling degree model.Finally,according to the test results,as suggested by:(1)between the regional innovation ability and employment quality is directly affected by the coupling degree of regional economic development overall situation;(2)to speed up the establishment and improve the regional innovation capability and the positive interaction of the external support system of employment quality;(3)enhancing regional industrial innovation ability training is helpful to improve the coupling relationship between regional innovation ability and employment quality.
